The standard R72 control offers automatic steam switch off, dry boil protection and a fail safe thermal fuse. It is also available with a number of trip lever options to suit the customers requirements.

For remote steam switch applications use R36 & R48
For fixed cord appliances use T34

The STRIX R48 series of steam switches provides increased design freedom by enabling the steam switch to be located in a position to suit the customer. The removes the requirement for a steam duct leading to the lower (R3 series) control.

For (removable cord) corded appliances use R36 & R48
For (fixed cord) corded appliances use T36 & R48

The STRIX T72 control system provides all the functionality of the STRIX R72 series but for fixed cord appliances.
