The Strix U1250 is a more compact version of the U1230 control, which allows installation into smaller diameter appliances.

It is a multi-function control designed to give protection to appliances using concealed heating elements. Mounted directly onto the underside of conventional concealed heaters, the control features integrated steam detection and switch off as well as 2 levels of dry protection, one in each pole, protecting against boiling until dry and accidental dry switch on. The dry protection system is non-cycling and therefore energy saving, and is “trip free”.
