The Strix U1230 is a multi-function control designed to give protection to appliances using concealed heating elements. Mounted directly onto the underside of conventional concealed heaters, the control features integrated steam detection and switch off as well as 2 levels of dry protection, one in each pole, protecting against boiling until dry and accidental dry switch on. The dry protection system is non-cycling and therefore energy saving, and is “trip free”.
