The Strix U11 is the simplest of the controls in the U10 family specifically designed to give protection to concealed heating elements. Mounted directly onto the underside of conventional concealed heating elements, all variants are designed for use with the Strix R48 remote steam switch and are for corded applications only. The U11 features 2 levels of dry protection, one in each pole, protecting against boiling until dry and accidental dry switch on.
