The Strix R34 control is a simple to install kettle control used with immersed type heating elements and offering protection against damage caused by accidental dry switch on, or the appliance boiling until it is dry. It features 2 levels of protection, one in each pole. The first level is a self re-setting device and the second a one-shot fail-safe thermal fuse. The R34 features pins designed to mate with an IEC connector cord for detachable cord configuration. The T34 features male tabs designed to mate with faston connectors allowing a low cost, fixed cord configuration.
