STRIX is an international company with approximately 1000 employees, of
which 500 plus are employed at one of our 4 UK sites. STRIX headquarters and
STRIX UK are purpose built and mainly open plan. This presents an

Our environment is charged with dynamism and innovation. In

Development, Training & Study
We offer a number of exciting career paths at STRIX, be it in
Engineering, Design, Accountancy, Sales or IT. Training and
development needs are regularly assessed for all staff throughout
the appraisal process. We offer a number of
internal and external courses for specific needs, as well as
mentoring or coaching, if required. We are also keen to support and
assist persons in their professional development and study. This
assistance may include in some cases, study leave combined with
financial aid.
Pay and Benefits
STRIX rates of pay are maintained to the current market index, and combined
with excellent tax incentives (Isle of Man only) and other benefits reflects
